I would like to thank Dr Simon Tso for the excellent way he managed my appointment this morning. He made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived and showed respect and sensitivity to the nature of my appointment. He was very reassuring, clearly explained everything he was doing and his findings. A sensitive and compassionate doctor with an excellent bedside manner. Thank you very much!

I was given the option of Warwick Hospital to give birth to my first baby. The lead up staff with all my appointments were on time and staff was all kind and informative. The team that blew me and my partner away was the labour ward team I cannot give enough praise to all the team. We were rushed in due to me having a planned c section and my waters breaking early. The atars who I can’t thank enough were midwife Heidi and anaesthetist Zaky who could not do enough for me and my partner. Consistently calm under pressure as this baby did not want to wait. The whole surgery team were an absolute dream to be honest I have not stopped talking about the staff to be honest. All the staff after surgery were kind, informative and on top form. They all have put so much faith into the NHS for me and my partner. Warwick hospital should be proud of the all staff on the labour ward each staff member was just amazing I can’t thank them all enough for everything they did for us as a new family of three. The nhs get bad press which I have to say with the care we’ve experienced today is not acceptable. The nurses looking after my son today were a credit to the hospital and they explained exactly what was going on on a regular basis. Thank you

I have always found the staff helpful and willing during the many visits I have had cause to make to Warwick Hospital. During a routine Clinic appointment with Mr Rahim Kaba, Oncology, he noticed something was wrong and immediately arranged surgery. I can't speak too highly of the treatment I received during my stay and aftercare. Parts of the hospital show signs of ageing but I have always found it clean.

We are shocked by the care received. Paediatricians refusing to come to see children. Clearly not enough staff and if not an urgent emergency not valued or cared about. This can result in non urgent care becoming urgent.

My involvement with the Staff, Doctors and Consultants at Warwick Hospital has always been first-class, especially Dermatology and Oncology Departments. A special thank you to Mr Rahim Kaba who at a routine visit to his Clinic in 2023 found a problem that concerned him and made arrangements for immediate surgery. He has always been extremely attentive to my condition.

Outstanding care. After a fall I was quickly seen by a competent doctor (Dr Hetherington) and my face injuries cleaned and treated by a helpful nurse (Peter). The car park machine told me that the whole process took just 42 minutes. Many thanks. Christine.

I attended the Endoscopy Dept today at 9.00 Firstly, I received an appointment wihin a week of being referred by my GP which was fantastic. From the recptionist through to the entire Endocopy team I was treated as an individual with the greatest level of care & respect. The results of the endoscopy were covered promptly and thoroughly The team were a real credit to your organisation
